The source of indomitable spirit

The earliest origin: there is a legend in Taoism. The earliest action originated from Pangu's creation of the world. At first, heaven and earth were indistinguishable. Later, Pangu propped them up with two arms and separated them. Later, Pangu couldn't hold on, and the sky fell again. Pangu has been supporting them with his arms. After that, it was completely separated until it was propped up seven times. Later, Pangu was worried that one day he would get old and heaven and earth would overlap again, and he breathed a sigh of relief. Later, the family thought that Pangu separated heaven and earth and put his body in between, so he stood tall.

Ge Hong, the originator of Taoist health preservation, kept studying and practicing, and found the longest-lived crane among animals. Old people used to hang such New Year pictures at home, because cranes are the oldest birds. The reason why cranes live the longest is that cranes often have an action and often flap their wings like this. I have seen cranes flapping their wings in Taoist temples. Unlike hens, their wings are constantly shaking upward. It is by constantly raising your arms that you can flap your wings up like a crane!

Taoist medicine believes that heaven is dry and earth is Kun, and the body is the same. What stands for doing? It is the congenital kidney, and the acquired spleen represents Kun, so these two organs are closely related to the liver. This action itself is to open a healthy channel for the two origins of human life, so it is called indomitable spirit!
