Xiamen No.9 Middle School, founded in 1973, located at the foot of Jinbang Mountain, is a "model school for ordinary junior middle schools in Fujian Province". Since 1999, our school has taken the lead in bringing mental health education into the formal curriculum in the city, with full-time teachers taking the class, and carried out a series of activities such as indoor and outdoor psychological activity classes, group psychological counseling research, psychological development training, psychological counseling, and campus psychological drama editing and directing. As a two-level experimental school of mental health education in Fujian and Xiamen, our school undertook the experimental research of the national mental health research project "developmental group psychological counseling in junior high schools" during the tenth five-year plan period.
