1. Have obtained the professional qualification of technician for more than 3 years.

Technical level:

1. Senior Engineer

(2) Skilled workers who have worked for more than 25 years (joined the work 88 years ago) and engaged in this type of work for more than 10 years (engaged in this type of work 95 years ago).

(3) Skilled workers with work experience and work experience of this type of work for more than 20 years (who joined the work and worked in this type of work 92 years ago).

2. Intermediate workers
