First of all, you should have confidence. Without confidence, you don't have to work hard to do anything.
You are the master of your own life. Only by working hard at something can you succeed. So hard work is second.
Personally, I think that the occupation you want to learn now should be a vocational skill with low basic requirements, that is, it should be a vocational skill with low entry foundation and you can master it quickly with hard work.
As for opening your own shop, there are many requirements for personal ability. Common at least: first, your mastery of the professional ability of this profession; Second, your management ability; Third, the demand and recognition of this profession or industry in your area; Fourth, the local political and economic needs for this industry and this profession; Fifth, your personal macroeconomic ability.
Let me give you an inspirational example: I have a friend who graduated from internship and then came to study as an undergraduate and worked as an executive in a unit. Did it work?
Everything depends on you. Work hard!
