First of all, you should have confidence. Without confidence, you don't have to work hard to do anything.

You are the master of your own life. Only by working hard at something can you succeed. So hard work is second.

Personally, I think that the occupation you want to learn now should be a vocational skill with low basic requirements, that is, it should be a vocational skill with low entry foundation and you can master it quickly with hard work.
