Steel formwork trolley is a non-standard product specially designed and manufactured for concrete lining with different cross-sectional dimensions such as tunnels and culverts. It has the functions of full hydraulic formwork erection and formwork drawing, with high surface smoothness and fast lining speed.

It consists of three parts: frame, formwork and hydraulic power system. The whole tunnel lining can be completed at one time by erecting and dismantling the formwork by hydraulic device.

Trolleys are specially designed according to the size and shape of tunnel section, so the weight of each trolley is different, but it is generally between 50~ 100 tons, and the lining trolley of double-track railway is generally between 60~80 tons. The specific weight needs to be calculated according to the profile.
