Liuyang City is located in the northern section of Luo Xiao Mountain in the east of Hunan Province, and is adjacent to Tonggu County and Wanzai County in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province in the east. It borders Pingxiang City, Liling City and Zhuzhou City in Jiangxi Province in the south, Changsha City in the west and Pingjiang County in the north. Liuyang City is located in the northern section of the shogunate mountain range-Luo Xiao Mountain range, which belongs to the hilly area of the shogunate Li Anyun. The terrain is high in the northeast and low in the southwest, the mountains are clear, and the valleys and ridges are parallel and staggered, which constitutes the geographical landscape of the northwest-southeast anticline mountain.
