(3) Pour the steamed glutinous rice into a large bowl, add 15g sugar, and pound the glutinous rice with Chu Jiu while it is hot until it becomes sticky, until you feel that Chu Jiu is pulling hard, but it won't move.

(4) Take a mold, spread it with oil paper or brush it with a layer of cooked oil to prevent sticking, put it in the rammed rice cake, spread it out, compact it, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

(5) Boiling sugar solution: add 100g water and 100g brown sugar into the pot, stir over medium heat until the brown sugar is completely melted, and turn off the heat. Boiled brown sugar juice needs to be cooled to have a proper consistency.
