Medical social investigation report
In order to meet the professional requirements and understand the needs of the broad masses of people for medicine and medical ethics, I conducted three days of observation and random visits in the town hospital. The survey shows that people's demand for drugs is increasing, but they are more disappointed with the quality of drugs and doctors' medical ethics. It can be seen that the pharmaceutical market has great potential and requires strong supervision. People's demand for drugs. Compared with the choice of Chinese and western medicine, nearly 80% of the respondents believe in Chinese medicine more, and a large proportion of them believe that Chinese medicine is more radical. In contrast, a small number of people think that Chinese medicine is suitable for China people's physique and has great value; However, the reasons for choosing western medicine include that western medicine can take effect quickly and can treat some diseases that traditional Chinese medicine can't, and quite a few people think that the quality and medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine are gradually declining. There is no right or wrong between Chinese medicine and western medicine. The key is to tap their potential in the China market. Investigation shows that the strength of Chinese medicine in China is overwhelming, but we must ensure its quality and let its essence be passed down from generation to generation. Second, when asked if they found themselves suffering from diseases such as colds and coughs, they would seek medical attention immediately. Only 25% of the respondents will choose to see a doctor immediately, while 67% will choose to go to a pharmacy to buy medicine and treat themselves. When asked about the reasons, he said that most people think that these are minor problems that can be cured by themselves and save some money. At the same time, many people point out that it is inconvenient to go to the hospital: 1, there are few hospitals, the road ratio is far, and the clinic is not at ease (there is only one hospital in this town, and there are only one or two clinics, both of which are private clinics); 2. The hospital waited for a long time and walked for more than an hour; 3, the hospital charges are expensive, and the small cold is more than 50 or 60 yuan in the hospital. The remaining 8% people take the "seek fortune for oneself" approach, and even if they feel better, they will see a doctor if their condition worsens. It is almost a truth that everyone can understand that "illness is shallow", but because of the accelerated pace of life and the increasing pressure of life, we all gave up. In the final analysis, this is the biggest drawback of today's medical construction: it can't provide convenience for patients. Next, I think the reform of the pharmaceutical industry should start from this aspect. Third, with the improvement of living standards, health care products have become a big darling of the pharmaceutical market. Nearly 73% of the respondents said that they need to buy health care products to enhance their physical fitness in real life, and another 25% said that they would not buy health care products despite the demand, mostly because the quality and efficacy of health care products are unreliable. In response to the above problems, doctors said that health care products themselves play a role in delaying aging and assisting medical care. However, nowadays, the market is full of a large number of "health products" that are not worthy of the name and may harm the human body, which has hit people's confidence in health products. Present situation and development prospect of intravenous infusion in hospital. I know the current situation of the hospital from three aspects. When asked what patients are most dissatisfied with doctors, 42% of the respondents said that it is the attitude of doctors, pointing out that many doctors can't understand the urgency and environment of patients at present, especially the doctor's indifferent words have seriously affected their judgment on whether the condition is serious or not. 38% of the respondents think that doctors are most dissatisfied with accepting commissions from drug dealers and prescribing some "expensive drugs" that are not helpful for treatment. In addition, some people think that doctors don't pay attention to their own hygiene conditions, lack the heart of a doctor's parents, and pay more attention to their words and deeds if they muddle along with Dr. ......................................................................................................................................! Seven, the integrity of all walks of life has become one of the themes of building a harmonious society. When asked if they supported the idea of promoting honesty in the medical industry, almost everyone agreed. However, less than 70% of people expressed their opposition to doctors accepting "red envelopes", and 27% of the respondents said it was understandable. Is this because people think that it has become a hidden rule for doctors to receive "red envelopes" or patients are considerate of doctors? I think this is the embodiment of the imperfect legal education system.
