Raw materials:
200g of almond, 0/00g of glutinous rice/kloc, and 0/0g of rock sugar/kloc.
Exercise:
1. Soak almonds in water 10 minute, and peel off the skin. Washing glutinous rice and soaking for 5-8 hours;
2. Put the soaked glutinous rice and almonds together in a blender, add about 200ml of water, and stir at low speed until the color turns milky white.
3. Pour the beaten almond tea into the strainer, leave the filtered juice in the soup pot, add the rock sugar, and stir slowly with low fire until the rock sugar melts.
Sweet almonds can be eaten directly and can directly absorb the rich nutrition of almonds. Almonds can be made into many different forms, such as almond drinks and almond biscuits. Almonds can also be used for cooking, soup and other edible methods. Do not eat raw, but fry or steam or stir-fry warmly.
