2. Put the ribs in a cold water pot, cook for a while to remove blood and foam, remove the ribs with a fishing net, clean the ribs with tap water, and control the water for later use.
3. Pour the washed ribs and Ophiopogon japonicus into a casserole, add enough water at one time, and heat until boiling.
4. Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Take out the yam soaked in water with a colander and pour it into the casserole. Stir when pouring to prevent yam from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cover and continue to cook over low heat 10 minutes.
6. After 10 minutes, pour the fresh lotus seeds and medlar together. Fresh lotus seeds are easy to cook, and then add them at last to prevent them from boiling.
