Then pour out the hot water, pour it with hot water, rinse the inside of the pot, and wipe the pot carefully with a clean cotton towel. Repeat this step for about 3 times.

Step 2 turn on the teapot

After buying a new ceramic teapot with purple sand texture, you should also clean up the stains first, then choose your favorite tea leaves and put them in the teapot for cooking 1 hour. Finally, take out the tea leaves and put a handful of dry tea to increase the tea fragrance in the pot. Then pour it out, rinse it with water and wipe it with a towel.

3. Clay teapot.

After the new clay teapot is opened, it needs to be cleaned with a brush and toothpaste to avoid damaging the pot body. Then, put the teapot in the pot and cook for 5 minutes, then add the tea leaves and simmer for 15 minutes, then take it out, cool it thoroughly and wipe it clean with a towel.

Matters needing attention in using the new teapot after boiling.

1. Try not to boil pure water in the first month. If you can, you can use mountain spring water and groundwater, so that iron pots are more prone to scale.

2. It is not advisable to use an induction cooker or microwave oven for heating, but a charcoal stove, a coal stove or an electric ceramic stove for heating. Among them, charcoal stove is the best, which can not only cultivate beauty, but also achieve sterilization effect through far infrared rays in charcoal.

3. It is advisable to fill 2/3 of the water, and it is forbidden to burn it out. If it is too full, the pot will be too heavy, and the water will easily overflow after boiling. If you are not careful, you will get burned. Air-burning will shorten the service life of wrought iron teapot, and even cause the teapot to break.

4, long-term use, iron pots will all turn red, which is normal. As long as the boiled water is not turbid, it does not need to be removed. When there is still residual heat in the wok, gently wipe it with a cloth dipped in a little tea, which will form a unique luster after a long time.

5. Don't touch the kettle directly when heating or after heating, in case of scalding. If the lid button is not designed to prevent burns, you need to use a lid fork or clip to open the lid. When the iron pot is hot, please don't cool down quickly, and don't pour the hot pot with cold water.

6. Be sure to empty the remaining water in the pot after each use. Don't cover the pot until it is completely cold. Use the residual temperature to evaporate the remaining water, wipe the outside of the pot with a dry cloth and keep it dry. The inner wall of the pot should be steamed dry and the outside of the pot should be wiped clean. There is water in the pot, so you can't stay overnight in case it rusts.

7. If you don't use it for a long time, please smear the inside with cooking oil and put it in a cool and dry place. When it is used again, pour the water to boil and pour it out.
