Guzhen County belongs to Bengbu City, Anhui Province, located in the northeast of Anhui Province, on the north bank of the middle reaches of Huaihe River.

Guzhen county is located between 3310 ′ ~ 33 30 ′ north latitude and17 02 ′ ~17 36 ′ east longitude. It borders Hefei River in the south, Bengbu suburb in the north, Tuohe River in the north, Lingbi County in the east, Wuhe County in the southwest, Huaiyuan County and Suxian County in the northwest. It is about 47 kilometers wide from east to west and 5 1 km long from north to south, with a total area of 1.450 square kilometers. As of 20 15, Guzhen County has jurisdiction over 8 towns and 3 townships, namely: Chengguan Town, Wangzhuang Town, Xinmaqiao Town, Liancheng Town, Liuji Town, Renqiao Town, Hugou Town, Haocheng Town, Shihu Township, Yangmiao Township and Zhongxing Township.
