What kind of tea should I drink to moisten my throat?
1, Kudingcha

Take 3 ~ 10g of Kuding tea and brew it with boiling water, or wrap 10g of Kuding tea with gauze, put it in a teacup, brew it with boiling water, cool it, add a spoonful of honey and stir it evenly for later use. Rinse for 2 ~ 3 minutes each time, several times a day, and 5 ~ 7 days is 1 course of treatment.

2, medlar chrysanthemum tea

Ingredients: 8 grams of Lycium barbarum and 5 chrysanthemums.

Efficacy: Lycium barbarum can tonify kidney and produce sperm, improve eyesight and soothe the nerves; Chrysanthemum is sweet in taste, cold in nature, and has the effects of clearing the wind and heat, calming the liver and improving eyesight.
