1. Disassembly-free cleaning machine for engine fuel supply system

Generally, the equipment for cleaning automobile fuel system is called fuel system cleaning agent, which can also be called engine fuel supply system cleaning agent. When the car has unstable idle speed, increased fuel consumption and difficult starting, it shows that the car may have carbon deposits or residues in the fuel system, thus affecting the normal work of the car. At this time, the injector of the automobile fuel system must be cleaned.

A new technology was adopted to design the engine fuel supply system cleaner. Fuel mixed with detergent is imported from the oil pipeline. When the engine is running, the mixed gas burns, so that the carbon deposit, colloid and scale distributed in the fuel injector and combustion chamber soften, peel off, dissolve and discharge with the exhaust gas.

There are many manufacturers in China that produce disassembly-free cleaning machines for fuel supply systems. The disassembly-free cleaning machine for fuel supply system is famous for its professionalism, high quality and advanced technology. They can clean fuel injectors, which not only has the function of high and low pressure cleaning, but also can effectively clean the carbon deposit and colloid in the whole engine fuel system, combustion chamber and intake and exhaust valve parts, thus saving fuel, reducing harmful exhaust emissions and restoring engine performance. Moreover, they are simple, practical, simple, fast and high quality. Figure 5-35 shows a common disassembly-free cleaning machine for engine fuel supply system.

2. Disassembly-free cleaning machine for engine cooling system

After long-term use of the pipeline of automobile cooling system, the inner wall of the pipeline is easy to rust and scale, which makes the pipeline blocked, increases the engine temperature and deteriorates the cooling effect. In severe cases, the engine will burn tiles and hold the shaft, which will make the car unable to run. Using the engine cooling system disassembly-free cleaning machine can not only remove the scale and impurities in the radiator and waterway, but also automatically replace the coolant and thoroughly maintain the radiator. Figure 5-36 shows a common disassembly-free cleaning machine (electric) for engine cooling system.

3. Disassembly-free cleaning machine for engine lubrication system

The disassembly-free cleaning machine for engine lubrication system adopts special cleaning liquid, which is pumped into the inlet of oil pump at a certain pulse pressure, so that the cleaning liquid circulates in the engine according to the lubricating oil path, dissolves the oil sludge and carbon deposit in the engine, and finally circulates to the oil pan, and then the engine is pumped out by the oil return pipe of the cleaning machine under vacuum, and filtered by two extremely fine filter elements in the cleaning machine to remove metal chips, oil sludge, bearing alloy powder, paint and particles. The whole cleaning process is completed in the non-running state of the engine. After cleaning, the cleaning liquid forms a protective film in the lubricating oil circuit of the engine, which will not cause any damage to any parts in the engine.

As shown in Figure 5-37, it is a common disassembly-free cleaning machine for engine lubrication system. Its operation is simple. It uses gas and liquid for impact cleaning, and the removed impurities such as sludge and carbon deposit flow to the oil pan, and then are automatically removed by this machine. The disassembly-free cleaning machine for the engine lubrication system can keep the lubricating oil path of the engine unblocked and the pressure normal, thereby improving the mechanical movement efficiency, restoring the engine performance and prolonging the service life of the engine.

4. Automatic transmission lubricating oil replacement cleaning machine

The special automatic transmission lubricating oil replacement cleaner is used, and the torque converter, clutch, oil circuit board and oil pan in the automatic transmission are thoroughly cleaned by using the power generated by high-pressure air, so that the wear debris and waste residue in the automatic transmission are discharged out of the box along the oil outlet pipe with the transmission oil, and new automatic transmission oil is replaced in time, which makes the automatic transmission start more smoothly, shift more naturally and have stronger power. Figure 5-38 shows a common automatic transmission lubricating oil replacement cleaning machine.

5. Grinding and polishing machine

As shown in Figure 5-39, grinding and polishing machines are often used for mechanical grinding, polishing and waxing. Its working principle is that the motor drives the sponge or wool polishing disc installed on the polishing machine to rotate at high speed. Because the polishing disc and polishing agent work together and rub against the polished surface, the paint surface pollution, oxide layer and shallow marks can be removed. There are many kinds of polishing machines, which can be divided into electric polishing machines and pneumatic polishing machines according to different driving methods. According to the different running speed, it can be divided into three types: high, medium and low speed.

Figure 5-39 Grinding and Polishing Machine

Under normal circumstances, the specified speed is below 1200r/min, the medium speed is around 1600r/min, and the high speed is around 2000r/min. According to the uncertainty of its rotating speed, grinding and polishing machines can be divided into fixed-speed grinding and polishing machines and variable-speed grinding and polishing machines.

Grinding and polishing machine has two functions: grinding and polishing. When polishing, it is equipped with a special grinding disc, and when polishing, it is equipped with a special polishing disc. They have the following two different installation methods:

(1) suction cup installation method. Firstly, a hard (hard plastic) tray is fixed on the head of the polishing machine with bolts, and the other side of the tray can be glued with an object that is easy to stick flat with nylon. At this time, you can choose various suction grinding discs and polishing discs as needed, and it is very convenient to stick the grinding sucker or polishing sucker on the tray when using.

(2) Fastening installation method. There is no tray in the polishing machine head, so it is only necessary to directly screw on the polishing machine fastening disk or polishing fastening disk when installing, and the installation method is not very complicated. The materials of grinding disc and polishing disc can be divided into three types: full wool, blended wool and sponge. Usually, the grinding disc is hard and rough, while the polishing disc is soft and delicate. At present, sponge disc is the most widely used of these two kinds of discs. Without professional training, it is forbidden to use the grinding and polishing machine. Trained professionals must be skilled before getting on the bus. Don't adjust the speed too fast or too fast when the polishing machine is just used. The performance of the paint must be tested in an inconspicuous place before the whole vehicle can be operated.

6. Coating waxing machine

Coating waxing machine, commonly known as waxing machine, can also be called track waxing and polishing machine. As shown in Figure 5-40, the machine rotates along an elliptical orbit, and the diameter of the disc is larger than that of the polishing machine, which is 8in, 10in, 12in (1in: 25.4 mm). The fuselage is much lighter than the grinding and polishing machine, and the two-handed handles are close to the central vertical axis of the machine disk.

Figure 5-40 Operation of Coating Waxing Machine

Orbital polishers have been widely used for waxing, and professionals no longer use them for grinding or polishing, because their speed and orbital rotation prevent them from generating enough heat energy for chemical reaction between grinders, polishers and car paints. In short, they are far less effective than grinding and polishing agents. However, it is very convenient to use a coating polisher when waxing, because it is light in weight and fine in workmanship, and it will not cause scratches on the surface of car paint, and its disk surface area is large, which saves time and effort compared with manual waxing.

The waxing machine must be used in conjunction with the tray cover, which includes the following two types:

(1) Waxing disc sleeve Waxing disc sleeve is a towel sleeve with a waterproof bottom, which is used to wax the car body evenly.

(2) Wax throwing disc sleeve Wax throwing disc sleeve is used to polish the wax surface. There are three kinds of materials for the wax throwing tray cover: cotton (towel cover), wool (or blended) and sponge. At present, the most widely used is cotton (towel cover) tray cover.

In order to ensure the waxing effect, the vehicle must be thoroughly cleaned before waxing. Waxing can be divided into manual waxing and mechanical waxing. Waxing by hand is simple and efficient.

Whether it is hand waxing or mechanical waxing, it is necessary to ensure that the paint surface is evenly coated. When waxing by hand, first, apply a proper amount of car wax on the sponge (special waxing sponge), and then apply it in a reciprocating straight line in a certain order. Each coat should overlap with the previous coat area 1/5 ~ 1/4 to prevent missing coating and ensure uniform coating.

When waxing mechanically, apply car wax to the sponge of the waxing machine. The specific application process is the same as manual application. It is worth noting that the daubing at corners and corners should avoid exceeding the paint surface, and it is easier to grasp it by hand. According to the description of different car waxes, polishing can be carried out after 5 ~ 10 min. When polishing, follow the principle of waxing first and then polishing to ensure that the polished automobile surface is not polluted. Generally, non-woven fabrics are used for reciprocating linear motion until the luster is satisfactory.
