Fried konjac with bean sprouts

Ingredients: 1 konjac, 2 large quantities of mung bean sprouts, 2 green peppers, 3 garlic, 3 dried peppers, half a spoonful of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients: lettuce 1, mushrooms 2, garlic 3, ginger 1, oyster sauce 1, soy sauce 1, a little salt.

Practice: 1, dried yuba section, dried snowflake mushroom, soaked in warm water for four hours until soft, washed and dried.
