Relying on the advantages of Shanghai Health Medical College in running undergraduate courses, and in accordance with the school-running idea of "scientific orientation, co-construction and sharing, running characteristics and striving for first-class", the resources of teachers, training conditions and practice bases of the two schools are shared, and the development of school characteristics is guaranteed through mechanism construction from the aspects of system, teachers, resources, quality control and funds. The school has a team of full-time teachers with profound teaching experience and rich experience in medical technology practice. Second, the recruitment method

1. Time and method of application

(1) Registration time: from the date of publication to August, 2022 19 (recruitment in batches until full). The registration adopts the notification system, and the applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials submitted, which must be done. If the information provided by the individual is distorted and does not meet the recruitment requirements, the applicant shall be responsible for the impact and consequences.

(2) Application Method: Applicants should fill in the Basic Information Form of Applicants (see Annex 2) and send it to the recruitment mailbox by email (email subject: job title) together with relevant materials such as education, degree and technical post appointment form.

(3) Social workers from other provinces and cities must hold a Shanghai residence permit for more than 1 year (excluding the Shanghai temporary residence permit within the validity period), and the calculation deadline is August 19, 2022 (senior professional and technical personnel or professionals in urgent need are not subject to this restriction).

2. Qualification examination

The school will review the application materials received and interview the best candidates who meet the recruitment requirements. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, it is found that the applicant does not meet the post registration conditions or the materials provided are fraudulent. Once verified, cancel the qualification for registration or employment.

The school adopts the way of department-school interview. The interview content mainly includes ideological and political assessment, post professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality test, which can be conducted in various ways, such as answering questions, scenario simulation and practical operation.

4. Political examination and physical examination

Comprehensive interview results, determine the candidates to be hired, and organize political examination and physical examination. The political examination mainly examines the candidates' ideological and political quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality and integrity record. The person to be hired must submit a medical certificate issued by a secondary medical institution in Shanghai. The standard for passing the medical examination refers to the Revised General Standard for Medical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

5. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed

The candidate to be hired will be publicized in Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 days. If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the competent department at a higher level, for approval and filing. If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.

Three. Related treatment and other matters

Once the candidate is hired, the salary, bonus, welfare and social insurance shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
