Qiu is a character in the TV series The Journey to the West, played by Han. He lost his mother when he was young, and his father doted on him, and he developed a domineering temper. She took a fancy to Ching Tien, who is handsome, free and easy, both civil and military. She wanted to recruit Ching Tien to be her son-in-law, but she was forced to settle for second best and married Liang Mantun.
