The working meeting of the president of Lianjiang Association for the Promotion of Love and Public Welfare in the third quarter of 2020 was held on June 24th 10 in the conference room of Party School in Shijiao Town, Lianjiang City. The main content of this meeting is to listen to the report on the progress of party building, the planning of the eighth cultural festival, the progress of the renovation culture construction of Vice President Liu Temple and the publicity of the project organization structure, and to study and educate the village.

The 8th (202 1) Cultural Festival will be held on February 14, 20265438 (the third day of the first month) at Liu Fuzong Temple, a village committee at the mountainside in Shijiao Town, Lianjiang City (namely the Red Cultural Square in Lianjiang City). However, the epidemic situation in COVID-19 has not been completely controlled. Because of epidemic prevention, there will be many uncertainties. Therefore, make three backup plans as follows:

First, it will be held as scheduled under normal circumstances;

Second, there are certain restrictions on activities, and only student exchange activities are held (20 19 and 2020 together);

Third, the activities are completely limited, and medals and bonuses will be awarded to students in different districts.

Liu Fuzong Temple, located halfway up the mountain, has a history of more than 340 years and has been rebuilt four times. Now the square has been expanded into a red cultural square, which is not only a holy place for our Liu Fu people to worship and chase their ancestors, but also a base for red culture and patriotism education. Its unique features make it a famous ancient temple in Leizhou Peninsula and even in Guangdong. In view of the lack of cultural atmosphere and cultural heritage in the ancestral temple, Suggestions on the Repair and Cultural Construction of the Great Ancestral Temple was issued in the sixth issue of Liu Fu's Home, which received the response and appeal from the majority of clan members.

In the second quarter of 2020, the Chairman's Working Meeting of Liu Fu Clan Association of China unanimously passed the Proposal on the Renovation and Cultural Construction of Grand Ancestral Hall, which was under the responsibility of Liu Fu Clan Association of China. At present, Liu Fuzhou (Datian Village) has been initially established as the general consultant, Cong Liu (You Gushan Village) as the general commander, Fu (responsible for project fund raising), Liu Wen (project transformation planning and design and cultural design), Liu Hui (project finance and bidding), Liu Fupu (project cultural construction, layout, finance and bidding supervision), etc. It is hoped that more energetic and enthusiastic clan members will actively participate in the renovation and cultural construction of the ancestral hall, make contributions and make concerted efforts with Qixin to complete the renovation of the ancestral hall.

The secretary of the town Committee made a speech and gave guidance to our work.
