My way of keeping in good health
As a well-trained medical practitioner, I am ashamed of my poor physical fitness before I am 60 years old!
As a trained medical practitioner, at the age of 70 (20 14), I feel confident that my physical quality will often surpass that of my peers.
As a trained medical practitioner, I am proud that my physical fitness is better than most people when I am close to 80 years old (202 1 77 years old)!
Then, from 50 to nearly 80 years old, what measures have I taken to benefit my physical and mental health?
1. Quit smoking and limit alcohol from the age of 50 (1995)
Second, comprehensive health care started around the age of 60: self-created "health password 1238" (see the network for details).
Third, the benevolent health care since the age of 70: I wrote and published the book "The Life of the Benevolent: Confucius' Way of Being a Man and Health Care" (see the Internet for details).
Fourth, the unique standing pile (self-created "deformed gold pile") began at the age of 70 (see the network for details).
Before the age of 5.80, timely tonic (77 years old this year) (refer to the way of health care by Qianlong): mainly supplement a variety of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Six, began before the age of 80 (77 years old this year) on the timely and rational use of antibiotics (anti-inflammatory drugs) profound experience and understanding (in the past, I stayed away from antibiotics, or daunting, sometimes used).
