2. Walnut porridge

4. mutton porridge, fresh mutton 100g, japonica rice 100g. Wash fresh mutton, cut into thin slices, and dice onion and ginger. Wash japonica rice, put it into the pot with mutton, onion, ginger and salt, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with strong fire first, and then cook it into porridge with slow fire.
The following six kinds of porridge are very suitable for people with yin deficiency constitution to drink. People with yin deficiency constitution often have fever in hands and feet, dry mouth, constipation, yellow urine, menarche, dark color, night sweats and nocturnal emission, palpitation, forgetfulness, palpitation, insomnia and dreaminess, dizziness, pain, dizziness, tinnitus and deafness, dry eyes and throat, mania, anxiety, anorexia and fatigue.

4. Black sesame porridge Black sesame 15g, japonica rice 100g, and a little honey. Cleaning black sesame, drying in the sun, frying and grinding into powder. Put the washed japonica rice into a pot, add a proper amount of water, first boil it with strong fire, then cook it with slow fire until porridge is finished, and then add black sesame seeds and honey. Note: People with loose stools should use it with caution.
5. Pueraria powder porridge Pueraria powder 30g, japonica rice 100g. Wash japonica rice, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, first boil it with strong fire, then cook it with slow fire until the porridge is cooked, then add kudzu root powder and cook it into porridge.
6. Fresh soybean milk 300 500mL, japonica rice 100g, sweet porridge with a little rock sugar.
