How to maintain health at ordinary times?
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to physical health and health preservation. Good health begins with your usual good habits, and good habits come from your persistence in good things. As long as we persist in doing it, then success is just around the corner, and so is physical exercise. Let me briefly share my views on physical exercise and health preservation. First of all, we should develop good daily habits. Go to bed early and get up early, get up at 7: 00 in the morning to wash, have breakfast at 7:30 to get ready for work or go out for exercise (outdoor exercise is not recommended when the sun doesn't rise in the morning, but you can wait until the sun rises), be busy with work lights in the morning, don't overeat at at noon, as long as you are 80% full until you feel not hungry, read newspapers for half an hour after dinner, and then take a lunch break for 20 to 30 minutes, and it is not recommended to take a long time at noon. With the improvement of people's living standards, the "disease of wealth" infringes on our health all the time (overeating at dinner but not paying attention to exercise). After dinner, the next step is exercise, mainly jogging and walking, and the intensity of exercise is appropriate to sweat slightly. Do at least 3-5 kilometers of exercise in the evening and soak your feet from 8: 30 to 9: 30 in the evening. The water temperature is suitable for feet to feel slightly hot, and the water surface is suitable for soaking ankles. Stick to this pace of life for more than half a year or longer, and you will find the mystery. Then, it is the problem that we usually drink water. It is advisable to drink 1L-2L every day, taking a sip, which has the effect of drinking water for health preservation. Usually, the diet is mainly light vegetarian food, so you should move more and sit less. When you have time, you should visit friends or successful people, listen more and learn more, learn from others' strengths, and pay attention to your image when you visit, that is, sit down. While visiting others, I am also constantly increasing my common sense and knowledge. Through our communication, we can improve each other's abilities. In my spare time, I advocate reading more books on moral cultivation and health preservation, laughing more at ordinary times and often controlling my emotions.
