He insisted on letting nature take its course without harming his health, paying attention to keeping warm in winter and enjoying the cool in summer, so as to make his body comfortable and healthy, paying attention to the combination of work and rest, avoiding excessive use of his brain, seeking suitable clothes instead of flashy clothes, and rationally adjusting the life and diet of men and women, and said, "All these things, such as water, are harmful if used excessively."
