Who prescribed the ancient prescription Baokangling for Su Dongpo?
During the Yuanfeng period in the Northern Song Dynasty, Su Su Dongpo, who was demoted to Huangzhou (now Huanggang, Hubei Province), welcomed a guest from his hometown in Meizhou named Zi Xiu. He traveled in rivers and lakes, was knowledgeable, and had a deep friendship with the Su brothers. Wogu brought Su Dongpo a small bag of rapeseed and a prescription. During the Huangzhou plague, Dongpo cured many patients with this prescription, and later taught it to Pang Anshi, a famous doctor in the Northern Song Dynasty. This prescription is a thousand-year-old prescription-Baokangling, which can be used to treat patients with mild, common and severe infectious pneumonia, and can also be used reasonably in the treatment of critically ill patients according to their actual conditions.
