What is the classification of legal persons in the General Principles of Civil Law?
Legal persons in the general principles of civil law are divided into profit-making legal persons and non-profit legal persons:

1. A legal person established for the purpose of obtaining profits and distributing them to shareholders and other investors is a profit-making legal person.

2. A legal person established for public welfare or other non-profit purposes is a non-profit legal person that does not distribute profits to investors, founders or members. Among them, non-profit legal persons include non-profit legal persons, including institutions, social organizations, foundations and social service institutions.

Article 63 A legal person shall take the place where its main office is located as its domicile. If it is necessary to register as a legal person according to law, the domicile of the main office shall be registered.
