Eight quality principles
The eight-character principle of quality: kindness, tolerance, optimism and indifference. Kindness is the nutrient of mental health. If you are kind, you will take pleasure in the happiness of others and be willing to help the poor; If you are kind, you will be kind to others and get along well. If you are kind, you will always feel happy. If you are kind-hearted, you will be aboveboard and willing to open your heart to others, and you will feel relaxed when you study. A kind-hearted person will always maintain a calm state of mind, which can adjust the blood flow and the excitement of nerve cells to the best state, thus improving the body's disease resistance.

Tolerance is the regulator of mental health. People will inevitably suffer losses, be misunderstood and be wronged in communication. In the face of these, the wisest choice is tolerance. Tolerance not only includes understanding and forgiveness, but also shows a person's tolerance and mind. A person who doesn't understand tolerance and only asks others is often in a state of tension, which leads to nervous excitement, vasoconstriction and high blood pressure, which leads to a vicious circle of psychology and physiology. If you learn tolerance, you will be strict with yourself and be lenient with others, which is equivalent to putting a regulating valve on your mind.

Optimism is a positive personality and mental state and a panacea for mental health. Optimism can stimulate people's vitality and potential, help people solve contradictions and overcome difficulties. Pessimism is a kind of negative and decadent personality and psychological state, which makes people sad, upset and miserable, and is helpless in the face of difficulties, which affects their physical and mental health.

Indifference is a lofty realm and mentality, and it is an immune agent for mental health. With an indifferent attitude, people will not go with the flow in the secular world, pursue fame and fortune, be overjoyed at what is outside, grieve for what is lost, complain about the world and others, be consistent with others and avoid jealousy. Indifferent mentality makes people always in a state of peace, and all factors harmful to physical and mental health will be repelled.
