Formula of health tea in winter
1. black wolfberry tea: put15g black wolfberry and 5 red dates into boiling water15min.

2. Health-preserving double jujube tea: use 10 red dates and 10 black dates, put them in boiling water for 30 minutes, and add rock sugar to taste.

3. Jujube longan tea: red dates 10, longan pulp 15g, medlar 10g, boiled in water for 20 minutes.

4. Radix Angelicae Pubescentis tea: use Radix Angelicae Pubescentis 15g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 10g, add boiling water, and add appropriate amount of honey to taste.
