Not chaotic. According to the announcement issued by Jinguyuan Police Station of Xigong Branch of Luoyang Public Security Bureau, as of July 2023, there were special police officers patrolling near Jinguyuan of Luoyang Railway Station every day to maintain public order, which was not chaotic. Jinguyuan Village is located in the downtown area on the west side of Luoyang Railway Station, Luobei Township, Xigong District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, with 30 streets and lanes in the village.
