Ordinary people should ensure freshness and diversity, strictly eat safe food, do not eat expired and spoiled food, live a regular life and have good living habits, such as going to bed early and getting up early, being vegetarian and having reasonable nutrition.

This is more important than eating any nutritional health care products. It is suggested that those who can do this by themselves should prepare according to their own tastes, which is definitely a healthy eating environment. The amino acids needed by the human body can basically be supplied.

The other part is psychological needs and spiritual needs. Take time out to exercise, chat, travel and share the beauty of life with family and friends who have three or two hobbies. Or have your own time and space, reading, planting, dancing, calligraphy, reading and so on. Increase your hobbies and keep a good mood.

Usually leave a cup of warm water in the morning. Don't eat cold drinks in dog days. Make your own brown sugar ginger tea. Keep a good sleep quality. Soak your feet with hot water in winter and keep sweating transparent in summer. Many people fish for three days and dry their nets for two days. They can't insist. Try to ensure that today's work is completed today, and get into the habit of not affecting sleep even if today's work can't be completed.

So for me, the best way to keep fit is to eat well, have a good rest, sleep well, work hard and live a good life after work (entertainment, fitness, visiting parents, reading and traveling). So far there is no three highs, and I feel very satisfied.
