It is true that it is difficult to find a job in the current financial crisis, but you are an undergraduate, or at least an intellectual, and the prospects for working in a health club in the service industry are not ideal. Your family may object because of this consideration, not because of moral problems.

I don't think there is any moral problem. The key is whether you have thought it over. If you really think about it, explain it to your family and leave.
