The so-called four seasons is to adapt to the changes of the external natural environment through the internal adjustment of the human body, so as to maintain normal physiological functions. If the external natural environment changes abnormally, the adjustment function of the human body can not adapt, the relative balance between the internal and external environment of the human body will be destroyed and diseases will occur. Between heaven and earth, in the universe, all life activities are not only closely related to nature, but also restricted and influenced by society. This view of combining human physiological phenomena and psychological activities with nature and society to examine the laws of human life is the unique idea of "correspondence between man and nature" in ancient China culture, that is, the concept that everything in the universe is one. Textual research shows that people's understanding was vague at first. For example, the book Guanzi wrote: "Heaven and man are one, and then heaven and earth are beautiful." Based on the relationship between heaven and man, this paper puts forward the importance of coordination between them. In the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, Huainanzi found some similarities through the comparison between man and heaven, saying: "The circle of the head is also like the sky, and the square of the foot is also like the ground. There are four seasons, five elements, nine solutions and 365 days in the sky, and people also have three hundred and sixty-five limbs, five internal organs and nine orifices. It's windy and rainy, cold and hot, and people take it, and they are also happy and angry. "
This simple analogy naturally has no scientific value, but it tries to show that man is a part of nature and there is a certain relationship between them. From this perspective, there are some simple materialistic factors. The publication of Huangdi Neijing scientifically established the relationship between man and nature. For example, Su Wen's Theory of Yin and Yang should be like a big picture says: "Everything in heaven and earth is up and down." Su Wen Nu Tian said: "Between heaven and earth, within Liuhe, the Qi of Kyushu has nine orifices and twelve knots in five internal organs, all of which are related to the weather." These expositions clearly show that all things and phenomena in nature are interactive, interrelated and interdependent, not isolated. So as to clearly point out the overall relationship of the universe.
