Article 1: health preservation theory

Health, mostly in maintaining the body and protecting longevity. However, people have good skin, but they are not neutral. They are still wasting a hundred years in the world. Life and study are so stressful now. How can I keep fit and be comfortable? Then it must be: keep your nature and sharpen your mind.

Nature, like life, is innate. It is influenced by parents and cannot be changed at will. We can't abandon our unique temperament because of the change of something outside. The so-called temperament is "people's innate temperament and emotion", and no one is the same. Facing the complicated world, not abandoning nature should be our motto all the time. As the saying goes, "you are old at the age of three, but you are old at the age of seven." This is precisely because human nature has been shown to the world since childhood. If the acquired education makes people mature and no longer naive, social studies teach us how to face our own mistakes and setbacks, but these are just mental exercises, which have nothing to do with people's personality. A survey by American scientists shows that with the growth of age, human nature is gradually lost, and the fantasy-loving characteristics of childhood are finally buried by society; Listening and sharing with friends will eventually become mature. What do these examples tell us? Participants often don't feel the joy of "I grew up and matured". On the contrary, they always say with a sad face, "I am unhappy and miss my childhood." However, is childhood really so unforgettable? After all, they miss the primitive nature, and the extinction of nature is more than anything else. The word "happiness index" is no stranger. The money field happiness index in the United States is less than 3, and that in China is less than 2.5. Even though people in countries that are famous for their busyness are polite and courteous, this index is pitifully low. Then, in the world, where is a happy home? Bhutan, a small country in South Asia, is the happiest country in the world with a per capita GDP of less than $700. What makes it feel "poor and happy"? We can't help asking ourselves that friends who have been there will never forget every smiling face of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Once asked why they are so happy, they always say, "We have always been so happy." What does this "always" mean? That is, they have maintained a kind and introverted nature from generation to generation, so what if they are poor? Happiness and happiness can't be bought by money. Because their nature has not disappeared. According to the latest life expectancy statistics in 2009, Bhutan has become one of the countries with longevity in the world, and its longevity rate has surpassed that of Japan. In this way, who can't see the function of maintaining nature? To maintain our nature, we need not to worry about the world, live as we used to, and face the changing world with our most natural nature. Why not?

It is true that the immortality of nature is the most basic way of personal cultivation, but in life, people will definitely pass by, not to mention a heart-to-heart talk to find a bosom friend. It is even more important to sharpen your mind at this time. I have summed it up here and called it the six meanings of life, namely: respect, trust, understanding, listening, communication and help. Here, to strangers, passers-by, friends, and finally to myself, it is really a temper.

The first meaning of respect is heartfelt recognition, and respect means "respect and attention". Maybe we don't have to respect strangers and passers-by, but we must pay attention. Concern is actually recognition of "natural human rights", which is an important link in dealing with people. People who often don't respect others will not be respected by others. What about people who abuse their rights at will? If you don't respect yourself and treat the world lightly, how can you get the respect of others?

Generally speaking, this first step requires mutual cooperation between people. There is no perfect person in this world. We can only try to approach the standard of "perfect person", but what can we do? Therefore, there is no one who is completely willing to respect others without asking for respect. If so, is it too condescending?
