2. Eat more fruits and vegetables, such as spinach, leeks, celery, apples and bananas.
3. Try to cook with vegetable oil, avoid using animal oil, mainly steam and stew, and avoid frying and frying.
4. Eat lean meat, fish, chicken and bean products in moderation.
5. Eat more foods that promote bile secretion and relax the biliary sphincter, such as hawthorn, ebony and corn silk (soaked in water).
Five taboos:
1. Avoid eating foods with high cholesterol, such as heart, liver, brain, intestine, egg yolk, preserved eggs, roe and chocolate.
2. Avoid eating high-fat foods such as fat meat, fried food, cakes, snacks and fried dough sticks.
3. Avoid overeating.
4. Avoid spicy condiments, such as pepper, pepper and curry powder.
5. Avoid smoking, alcohol and coffee, so as not to stimulate the sphincter of bile duct, make the sphincter of bile duct spasm, and make bile discharge difficult.
