This project is located in Chengdu Second Ring Decoration Engineering Company. The company mainly deals in products, services and interior decoration.
The starting point of this design is 1, which takes the environment as the source and combines indoor and outdoor to create a brand-new indoor natural environment space. This scheme is designed for the indoor space on the third floor. Because the wall is transparent on three sides, mainly made of glass curtain wall, which is convenient to enter and exit, in order to organize people flow and consider the safety of the company, the north gate is sealed and the glass curtain wall is decorated with wood, which makes the company more private and safe. The company has a natural balcony, which can reduce the indoor rest area and create another landscape for the company. Because of the area, indoor space is mostly divided into rectangles. The space is roughly divided into hall, reception desk, exhibition area, rest area, negotiation area, design area, various management departments and conference room. The first thing I saw was our smiling hostess, with the huge signboard of Meijiatang on the left and the exhibition area entering the lobby on the right. Since its establishment, the company has received attention and praise from all walks of life, and its combination with plant landscape reflects the company's love for the environment and its wholehearted service to customers. The negotiation area is located next to the manager's office and close to the reception desk, which is convenient for customers to consult. The wall of the manager's office is made of sound insulation material and decorated with wood. The other wall is decorated with cultural stone/rubble, combined with plant landscape. The design area is located in the center of the whole space, which is convenient for people and traffic. The indoor furniture is scattered around the pillars and connected with the budget area and the engineering area. The walls are painted with red bricks to highlight simplicity and uniqueness. These two balconies provide a resting place for people who work here for entertainment and health. Standing here, they can look around the mountains and rivers of Chengdu, listen to the songs of birds, release their tired bodies and blend into the embrace of nature. The design feature of the whole space is smallpox, because people often bend their heads to read and work, which has a serious impact on their eyesight and bones, so they work harder on smallpox than on the wall. The ceiling of the lobby is made of translucent ETFE plastic and aluminum-magnesium alloy, which shows the pipeline structure inside the ceiling and has the beauty of corundum, so as to avoid the pipeline structure being too prominent and affecting the effect of the whole ceiling in form and color. Therefore, different lighting styles make translucent ETFE have diffraction, reflection and refraction effects-sharpening the internal steel structure. The suspended ceiling in the design area is mainly smooth, highlighting key areas without destroying the effect of the whole suspended ceiling in form and color. Using the method of vignetting in watercolor painting, the ceiling has a distant feeling, which is beneficial to relieve eye fatigue, and the color of the ceiling conforms to the color adaptation of the ground. The ceiling of the conference room can create different sensory effects such as sky/water/starry sky by changing the illumination of the lights, and combine with the conference table on the ground to form a landscape of heaven and earth. The wall has become an ornament of smallpox in this space, but it also has its characteristics and functions. The overall surface is built with lines. For example, using cement mortar and nylon wire mesh to cast a concave-convex linear wall on the wall of the conference room feels more textured. Linearity makes the space stretch and has a grand feeling. Simple "skin" with dark brown carpet and unpredictable smallpox can best show the best movements of the team. The external walls of all management departments are built by lines, and semi-partitions are built by using the principle of physical small space imaging. The internal and external images can't be seen at a certain distance, which also makes various management departments have certain contact with employees and has artistic effects. The red bricks in the design area echo the rubble in the negotiation area, forming a cold and warm contrast.
The whole space has natural lighting and good ventilation. Artificial lighting uses the main lamp to illuminate the space, and the auxiliary lamp mainly adjusts the color temperature and softens the indoor light. Under the illumination of light, the space is more artistic.
