Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals is a miscellaneous work compiled by Lv Buwei, the prime minister of Qin State, at the end of the Warring States Period (around 239 BC), also known as Lu Lan.

Lv's Spring and Autumn Annals is divided into twelve periods, eight readings and six theories, with 26 volumes, 160 articles and more than 200,000 words. The content is complex, including Confucianism, Taoism, Mohism, France, military, agriculture, Zongheng, Yin and Yang, and so on. Therefore, Hanshu Yiwenzhi lists it as a miscellaneous family.
