The above three levels of nursing services are linked with nursing and nursing, home-based care and nursing insurance, and will be implemented in accordance with the principle of high enjoyment and non-repetition.
Basic living allowance standard:
1. In order to embody the principles of openness, fairness and justice, the distribution of living expenses for the poor in June 2023 was publicized. At present, the support standard for poor people in districts and cities is 1600 yuan per person per month;

After the standard of urban and rural subsistence allowances was raised in September 2023, rural subsistence allowances accounted for 93% of urban subsistence allowances, and the gap between urban and rural areas narrowed by 6 percentage points.

Article 26

According to the provisions of this law, the above social assistance system can be implemented separately or in combination. Local people's governments at or above the county level may, on the basis of the relief system stipulated in the first paragraph of this article, supplement and determine other relief measures within their respective administrative areas.
