School time

1, check-in time:

Graduate students can return to school from August 26th, register for the first day of education on September 5th according to the arrangement of the college, and then conduct scientific research.

Postgraduate freshmen arrive at school on August 3 1 or September 1, report to the registration points of various colleges at 8: 30-1 4: 00 on September1,and formally attend classes on September 6. Freshmen who fail to go through the leave formalities within the time limit and fail to report for duty two weeks after the time limit will be disqualified.

If students can't report on time due to epidemic or other special circumstances, they need to go through the leave formalities with the college.

2, into the school way:

Old students swipe their cards with their student ID cards, while new students swipe their cards with their ID cards. We also need to take their temperature, check their health code and travel code (you can prepare screenshots of the day in advance for later use), and they can only enter the school after passing the inspection.

Freshmen must show their admission notice, ID card, health code and travel code at the dormitory administrator, and have their body temperature tested. Only when their temperature does not exceed 37.3℃ and there are no other abnormalities can they move in and get a student ID card.

Special note: freshmen are enrolled in three campuses, No.99 Shenzhi Road, Baoshan District, No.20 Chengzhong Road, Jiading District, and No.0/49 Yanchang Road, Jing 'an District. Please pass the welcome system in advance (

All students will be included in the "Road to Health" reporting system, and the "Daily Report" will be filled in timely and truthfully, and information such as students' physical condition, location and residence history in key areas will be dynamically collected. If the "Daily" has not been filled in for three consecutive days, the access authority of the school gate will be temporarily closed, and it will be automatically opened after the complete daily report is filled in.

3. Teaching arrangement:

According to the relevant regulations of the school on postgraduate teaching during the epidemic period, online teaching was conducted for postgraduate students who could not arrive at the school as scheduled. When the epidemic situation changes, the time for returning to school will be determined.

In order to effectively reduce the risk of infection and morbidity, all students who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine should be vaccinated locally as soon as possible, and the vaccination status should be updated in time in the "Health Road Vaccination Appointment or Inquiry" interface.

On the way back to Shanghai and back to school, students should plan their routes reasonably, carry enough personal protective equipment such as masks and quick-drying disinfectants with them, wear masks and wash their hands frequently throughout the journey, and pay attention to maintaining personal hygiene. If you have fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat and other symptoms on your way back to school, you should wear a medical mask and go to the nearest doctor in time. For example, on public transportation such as airplanes and trains, you should actively cooperate with the flight attendants to carry out health monitoring, epidemic prevention management and other measures, and report the relevant situation to the counselor in time.

Students who go to school by bus are required to travel light and get off at the school gate. In principle, cars and accompanying personnel are not allowed to enter the school. In principle, parents do not accompany freshmen. If it is really necessary, it will be approved by the college according to the admission process of off-campus personnel in accordance with the principle of limited quantity, limited time and early filing. The accompanying personnel should complete self-health management/0/4 days before entering the school, provide negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and take personal protective measures after entering the school.

After students arrive at school, they should strictly abide by the school epidemic prevention and control regulations and the management regulations on entering and leaving the campus, adhere to the principle of "not leaving school unless necessary, not gathering unless necessary, and not leaving Shanghai unless necessary", and do a good job in self-health protection.

Students should continue to strictly abide by the local epidemic prevention and control requirements and actively cooperate with the local epidemic prevention and control work. In the future, if the epidemic situation changes or the higher authorities require adjustment, they will be notified separately.
