The Secret of Tai Ji Chuan's Internal Skill.

For thousands of years, there have been few works on the secret of internal strength and mental method in Taiji Zhuan, and the things that make up the text can never express the feelings and unique experiences of the body and mind. These feelings and experiences are the changing laws of internal qi and posture caused by introversion, and these laws are what boxers call internal mental skills. The following is the secret of Taiji Chuan's internal skill. Welcome to reading.

First, the whole family.

The whole family is one of the most respected Tai Chi realms in the traditional Tai Ji Chuan family. The whole family is to keep the whole body intact at all times, regardless of one thing. Any action must have a front and a back, and there must be a left and a right. You can't just think of one aspect. How to be a family? Taijiquan has left many methods for its predecessors.

First, like Zhong Ding. Whether you are sitting or standing, you should cover your whole body with your mind like a bell, so that your whole body will be full of gas.

Second, internal and external integration. The traditional regimen requires exercise every week. How? The main method is to have inner triad and outer triad. The inner triad requires the organic combination of God's spirit, while the outer triad mainly connects shoulders and hips with ideas, and elbows and knees with handles and feet. I feel different when I keep thinking like this. I'll mention it again. In addition, there are three ways to combine inside and outside.

Third, one body prepares five bows. Five bows and five bows are: a bow on the spine, with the upper arch tip from the big spine to the occipital bone, the lower arch tip from the tail, and the arch back from the middle of the spine to the sun (this arch back is relatively long); Upper limb arch Shoulder to spine and hand are the tips of the arch, and elbow joint is the back of the arch. The lower limb is the arch, the hip bone to the cuboid bone and the foot source are the arch tip respectively, and the knee joint is the arch back. Each bow tip is not a little, but scattered. How to achieve "one body and five bows"? The key is to change the body into five bows.

Second, internal and external integration.

With the improvement of kung fu realm, the "external triad" and "internal triad" have a foundation, and they must also be integrated inside and outside. How to achieve internal and external integration? You can imagine your body as a big round balloon with a cross on it, and the horizontal and vertical lines cross each other. The cross is in the center of the circle, just like your own center. When practicing boxing, the four tips are flat, that is, the four ends of the cross line and the vertical line should be balanced. The essentials of leveling are as follows: the horizontal line of the cross marks that the shoulders are flat to ensure that the human body will not tilt; The strong line of the cross is perpendicular to Baihui point and Tail Yan, which can reflect the connotation of "virtual neck" and "loose tail Yan". The intersection of the crosshairs on the front side of the thoracic vertebra is the center of the body, which is the key point that must be paid attention to when practicing Tai Ji Chuan. The combination of internal and external needs the combination of body and internal strength, in order to give full play to Tai Ji Chuan's special functions and functions. But this combination is a difficult process, which can only be achieved through serious study and hard training.

Third, relaxed air.

Some teachers say that looseness is "like a 13-story tower stacked on top of each other", while others compare looseness to "as loose as ashes". The secret method of Wang Yongquan Yang Lu Tai Ji Chuan Lao Liu Dao is to practice "three balloons"-this is the secret method of directly practicing relaxation and ventilation. Routine training of three balloons will gradually fly all over the body without any delay. "Not only can I feel three balloons on my body, but I can even feel three balloons on the other side (this is just a primary god). You can use these three balloons when rubbing your hands. For example, if you touch the other person's shoulder ring or hip ring very quickly with your own balloon or your own thoughts, the other person will be bounced to a distance beyond his own strength. Of course, we are practicing three balloons now mainly for health. How to train three balloons? Use the method of "mind modeling"-create an image of three balloons with your mind-when you have the foundation, you will naturally feel it. At first, it can only be imagination (consciousness-guided consciousness circle), and then it is strengthened by Qi, and finally it naturally forms a dispersion circle of "its great nothingness and its small nothingness".

General plan of physical and mental adjustment of internal strength and mental method

The cultivation of internal strength and mental method is mainly the physical and mental tempering of spirit. This kind of exercise is not carried out casually, but through a certain process of physical and mental adjustment, the mental state (state of consciousness) and physical state (physical movement) are changed from the state of dismemberment and disintegration of various distractions to the state of inner peace (peace of mind), undivided attention (concentration on one side) and smooth qi and blood (qi flowing all over the body). How to do this? First of all, it should be clear that this is a long-term process of physical and mental cultivation-"cultivation" is to correct, modify and repair the physical and mental state that does not meet the requirements of Tai Ji Chuan's boxing theory, and "cultivation" is to cultivate, cultivate and reproduce the physical and mental state that meets the requirements of Tai Ji Chuan's boxing theory-this process should run through Tai Ji Chuan's practice all the time, in which physical and mental adjustment is the premise of practicing internal strength and mental method. The general plan of physical and mental adjustment of internal strength and mental method has at least the following aspects.

First, out of thin air.

Many people know the saying "Wuji begets Tai Chi". However, what is infinity and what is Tai Chi? The so-called infinite person means "nothing", the so-called Tai Chi person means "being" and the infinite Tai Chi means "being out of nothing". In addition, the Taoist "infinity" also has the meaning of body. The infinite state of the body is "nothing", if this "nothing" has movement. For example, our mind (idea) gives instructions, and the so-called "idea is command"-the movement of thought (idea), which is Tai Chi movement, that is, there is "existence" in the body, and this "existence" is the change and movement of God (resilience of spirit or idea), mind (idea) and qi (internal qi and external qi). It's nothing. This kind of "making something out of nothing" also refers to the process that Tai Ji Chuan fans produce a kind of special energy and a new material through long-term practice and understanding-Tai Ji Chuan's doyen said "having something on his body" or "upper body kung fu"-and it is also a process of guiding the production and accumulation of this special material under the guise of fixing truth or modeling ideas, thus making something out of nothing. Making something out of nothing is the general program of Tai Ji Chuan's internal cultivation.

Second, God is the master, and Tai Chi Chuan emphasizes that God is the master.

God refers to the origin of human spirit and thought. For example, any process of Tai Ji Chuan must be empty. The concepts of "looseness" and "emptiness" are all dominated by God, that is, ideas play a leading role in them. Domination is to play a leading role-let one's own spiritual temperament and the origin of thought be the master and give orders. God is the master, who is the master? One of them is the movement that dominates the mind. That is, in the process of practicing boxing, you just care about your own mind. Qi is derived from posture. Since practicing Tai Ji Chuan, God is the master. If you form this habit of thinking, you will one day reach the realm of "rank God". If you don't get into the habit of "God first", but "Body first" and "Qi first", it will really be "by a mile".

Third, adjust the actual situation.

The key to standardize virtual reality is to distinguish virtual reality-the focus is reality. How to adjust it? Mainly from two aspects. First, adjust the reality in form. ① First, adjust the center of gravity of your feet (to the middle) and balance your body left and right; ② Adjust with feet; According to the specific situation, focus on the soles of the feet, soles of the feet or heels to balance the body before and after; ③ Adjust the excess and deficiency through the balance of the whole body. Different movements have different postures to balance each other. Second, we should adjust the reality from the concept. Where the heart is placed, the qi will be concentrated; Here is reality; Less gas in the opposite direction, free. Where the idea is, it is real, and where the idea is not, it is empty-pay more attention to this problem when exercising. In addition, when exercising, if you have the power to move forward, your mind should be backward; If you have the strength to go back, you should move forward.

Fourth, round cotton joints.

Generally speaking, a circle has several meanings. First, in terms of action composition, there should be a circle in the running process of each action. Second, all parts of the body should be rounded. If it's not round, it's easy to get stiff. Once it's stiff, it's stagnant, and it's not working. This is the so-called "round empty method". How can we make it round? Adjust the body shape according to the requirements of Tai Chi Chuan's "armpit looks like hot steamed bread" and "girding the waist and holding the crotch". There are three main points in the connotation of continuous Lian Mian: ① Lian Mian in action-Lian Mian in action has two meanings. No matter how the posture moves, it should be continuous in the process of operation, that is, the action should be uniform; Another meaning of Lian Mian is that the transformation between movements should be Lian Mian. (2) qi Lian Mian-every time you do an action, you can't just think about your body, but to test it. (3) the meaning of Lian Mian. In order to refine the qi in one's hands, Tai Chi Chuan mainly adopts the method of opening both hands. At the same time, it should start with a ball inside, and then drop it when it rises, so it is easy to form a cotton joint.
