What are the requirements for practicing Shaolin Tiequan?
Tieqiao San was born in 18 13, formerly known as Liang Kun, a native of Nanhai, Guangdong. When I was young, I liked martial arts very much. When I was young, I studied under the famous Shaolin master Li Jing Hu Zi. I have studied boxing all my life, traveled all over the world, learned from teachers and friends, and practiced Shaolin martial arts hard. By the time I was 14 or 15, I had developed a good kung fu.

Later, Liang Kun had the opportunity to meet Jiao Yin, a giant of Hongquan and a famous monk of Shaolin Temple in Putian, Fujian. He admired his martial arts very much, so he worshipped him as a teacher and came to Nengren Temple in Baiyun Mountain, Guangzhou, where he studied for seven years. Liang Kun not only practiced hard, but also waited on the master respectfully. Jueyin admired him very much and passed on all his specialties to him.

Jueyin died at the age of 1 10. Liang Kun didn't want to continue practicing in the temple after losing his mentor, so he left the temple and lived at the foot of the mountain.

According to legend, one day, when Liang Kun was walking along the long beach, he saw someone performing martial arts. There were a lot of onlookers and the atmosphere was very lively. All throw money to pay tribute. When Liang Kun saw this kind of Jianghu martial arts, he was very dissatisfied, so he was very excited. He offered to give a performance to everyone.

Liang Kun picked six bystanders on the spot and let them walk hundreds of steps with their arms hanging, but they never changed their faces. The crowd was so surprised that they couldn't believe it. They all say that his iron arm is an unprecedented strength.

With this accidental opportunity, Liang Kun began to make a name for himself in Guangzhou. Many people want to worship him as a teacher, and many families ask him to teach their children. Because he ranked third at home, people called him "Tieqiao III" at that time.

Since then, Tieqiao San has walked the rivers and lakes with martial arts, not only recruiting disciples, but also often subsidizing poor children and doing heroic deeds. By the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, he was already a famous martial arts expert in South Guangdong and ranked among the "Ten Tigers of Guangdong".

During his stay in Guangzhou, Tieqiao III mainly lived in Haikuang Temple. He often teaches boxing and stick skills to each other with monks in the temple, such as Chen Yi, self-cultivation and Zhiyuan. And learned martial arts. At this time, Tieqiao San had already made an iron fist. He took out all his stunts to communicate with the monks, and Heguang Temple also taught him the technique of rat tail stick.

Tieqiaosan's greatest contribution is to create and improve Shaolin Tiexianquan. Iron fist is the internal strength of Shaolin Waijiaquan, which is specially used to train bridge players and is the stunt of Tieqiaosan.

Tiexian Boxing is a set of health-preserving boxing which mainly exercises limbs and dredges blood vessels, and has the functions of strengthening the body and turning weakness into strength. Its outline consists of two types: outer arm and inner arm. The external arm belongs to external work, that is, hand, eye, body, waist and horse. Inner arm and hand belong to internal strength, that is, heart, spirit, mind, qi and strength. It takes the Twelve Bears Bridge as the latitude and longitude, combines rigidity and softness, and is tall and straight, divided, fixed, strung, carried, stayed, transported, made, and ordered, and uses both yin and yang to strengthen the waist and tonify the kidney.

To practice this boxing, you should be quiet in your movements, be quiet in your movements, let go without letting go, stay without leaving, be sick without disorder, and be slow without relaxation. Men, women and children can practice Xi for a long time, which has the effect of eliminating diseases and prolonging life.

At that time, Cai Zan, a wealthy businessman in Guangzhou and Henan, and Wu Xiguan, a son of a rich family, hired Tieqiao San to teach at home. Tie Qiaosan took this opportunity to further strengthen his martial arts training, and at the same time, he also intended to accept some talented apprentices, such as Shi, Qu Zhu, Lin Fucheng and others.

After these disciples finished worshipping, Tieqiao San taught them iron fist. Tieqiao San once said to his disciples that Tiequan is the treasure of Hongquan, so we must keep it in mind and don't spread it to the world easily. His first disciple, Lin Fucheng, later taught Huang Feihong Iron Wire, which made this kind of boxing more and more developed.

Tieqiaosan was never satisfied with martial arts, but kept improving. When he heard that a famous monk named Yicheng was good at using the pentagonal plum stick in Chakouan, an offshore village in Xinhui, he went to consult him personally regardless of his age and physical strength, and didn't return to Guangzhou until he learned all the skills of the stick.

Tieqiao San learned from his teacher, and his reputation spread throughout the Wulin. After he entered the old age, his body was always weak, and finally he became ill from overwork because he practiced thirty-six bronze ring sticks with monk Yuanguang in Haikuang Temple. 1886, Tieqiao San died of illness, enjoying a life span of 70 years.
