Second, push the liver meridian.
Sit on the bed, straighten your right leg forward, bend your left leg flat, cross your hands, press it on the root of your thigh, push it forward to your knee with a little force along the position of the liver meridian inside your thigh, push it repeatedly for forty or fifty times, and then change the other leg in the same way. You can apply some moisturizing oil through your clothes. If it is on your skin, the effect is better. Push every night to soothe the liver and regulate qi, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, clear liver and purge fire, maintain gynecology and improve complexion.
There are three meridians in the inner thigh, the liver meridian in the middle, the spleen meridian near the front and the kidney meridian near the back. After sitting down, bend your knees, with the inner thigh facing up, the liver meridian in the middle and the liver meridian pushed in. Of course, it doesn't matter if you push the spleen meridian or kidney meridian a little.
Third, the lotus style
Spread a blanket on the hard bed or floor, sit down, straighten your right leg, bend your left leg flat on the floor, and stick the center of your left foot on the inside of your right thigh. Whether it can be pressed down is not the main thing, but the key lies in the process, as long as the big tendon behind the leg has a stretching feeling. This feeling should not be too strong, otherwise it is easy to strain the ligament and the meridians don't like it. Your feeling is the feeling of meridians. If you feel comfortable, it will feel comfortable. Stretch comfortably, which will have a nourishing effect.

Five, butterfly stroke-exercise hips
Sit down and pad your ass with a blanket folded into two palms. Then bend your knees so that your feet are opposite, your feet are close together and your heels are as far away as possible. When doing this, your back should be straight and your knees should vibrate rhythmically to the floors on both sides.
This movement is not much, but it is the most difficult. Nowadays, most people are sitting, and impurities in qi and blood are slowly deposited in the pelvis. Kidney-Yang Qi is equivalent to the true fire of Mingmen-the key to vitality is whether the yang of Mingmen is sufficient. This posture is more conducive to the sufficiency of kidney-yang qi. Mixed Yuan Lie: The practice method to improve the level of Yang Lie is mixed non-lying posture-supine, feet opposite, legs like rings, hands crossed or lightly crossed on the head, palms facing the lilies on the head. This posture can not only tonify the kidney and relax the head, but also have a good therapeutic effect on insomnia and neurasthenia. The upper two arms form a circle, which can make the kidney qi not go to the genitals, but be drawn to the middle of the cup; The calf forms a circle, which is beneficial to the circulation of qi and blood along the leg to the whole body.

Seven, knead "tendon"

In fact, the problem lies in one place-"tendon". Huangdi Neijing said: "The liver is the main muscle." What is a tendon? Tendons are ligaments and tendons in the human body. Many diseases can't be explained clearly, but they can all follow one principle, that is, treating them from tendons.
1, Kneading tendons: The secret of Taoist health care says: "The tendons in the sky are hidden in the eyes and the tendons in the feet."
