A tutorial on making pearls
The tutorial for making pearls is as follows:

Making materials: brown sugar 100g water 1 10g cassava starch 180g.

Production steps:

1, weigh all materials for standby.

2. Put the water and brown sugar into a small pot, stir evenly until there are no particles, and bring to a boil.

3. After boiling, dig two spoonfuls of cassava starch and pour it directly into a small pot and stir well. Be sure to pour cassava starch while it is hot and stir it evenly to avoid non-Newtonian fluid, as shown below. It doesn't matter if there are particles in this step, but you should continue to rub them later.

4. Continue to pour the remaining cassava starch and knead it into dough while it is hot. Don't be afraid of scalding this step. This is how the iron sand palm is trained. Hahaha, if you are really afraid of scalding, you can wear disposable gloves.

5. The kneaded dough is very long and cut into small pieces.

6. Slowly knead into small pearls. When rubbing, you can prepare a small bowl with some cassava starch in it. Put the kneaded pearls directly into a small bowl and shake them, so that the pearls are wrapped with cassava starch to prevent them from drying.

7. Put the picked pearls aside. Boil the water in the health pot, shake off the excess starch on the pearls, pour into the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Cook and stew 10 minutes. Take it out of the pot and let it cool. Q, the smooth pearls are ready! The next step is to boil milk tea. It is not difficult to make milk tea. I chose a simpler method. Put a black tea bag in the health pot and cook it, then add the right amount of milk powder and condensed milk. After cooking, pour it into a glass, add the boiled pearls, and a cup of bubble tea will be ready! You don't need to fry tea, it's easier to make.
