Ingredients: white gourd 1 000g, clear soup 500g, Lentinus edodes100g, monosodium glutamate100g, winter bamboo shoots100g, salt15g, and yam100g.
Practice: After washing the small wax gourd, scrape off the thin skin. Cut off the 1/3 at the top of the wax gourd to cover it, then dig out the seeds and pulp of the melon, put it in a boiling pot until it is half cooked, and then soak it in cold water. Take Lentinus edodes, bamboo shoots and yam, clean them and cut them into cubes with a square of 1 cm. Peel and wash ginkgo biloba and lotus seeds, and steam yam, ginkgo biloba and lotus seeds in a cage. Heat the pot, add clear soup, then add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, yam, ginkgo and lotus seeds, bring to a boil with high fire, simmer for about 5 minutes, and pour into the wax gourd bowl.
