Therefore, I am natural. "Nature" was originally a concept advocated by Taoism, and it is also a universal principle of Taoism in dealing with people and cultivating immortals. The phrase "I am natural" comes from the book "Tianzangzi" written by Sima Chengzhen, a Taoist priest in the Tang Dynasty, which means to obey the natural nature of human beings. Sima Chengzhen (647-735) was born in Wenwen, Hanoi (now Wenxian County, Henan Province). He studied under Pan, a Taoist priest in Songshan Mountain, and under the methods of clearing the classics, using symbols and inducing others. Later, he lived in seclusion in Yu Xiaofeng, Tiantai Mountain, calling himself "Tiantai Baiyun". Wu Zetian kissed her hand and praised her noble character. In the second year of Tang Ruizong Jing Yun (7 1 1), he was called into the palace and asked about the number of yin and yang and the way of governing the country. His answer is that the number of yin and yang is "heresy" and governing the country should be based on "doing nothing"; Because the answer was quite in line with the emperor's wishes, I gave him a treasure piano and a gown. In the ninth year of the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty (72 1), he was welcomed into the palace and personally received the Ching Jing and Buddhism. In the 15th year of Kaiyuan (727), he was called into the palace to build a balcony to live in, and according to his intention, he built a town hall in Wuyue. After the mountain, posthumous title "Dr. Yin Lu" and posthumous title "Mr. Yizhen". Sima Chengzhen wrote Tian Zangzi, believing that there are immortal qualities in people's talents. As long as I practice aura, I won't be corrupted by the secular, and "conform to my nature", that is, follow the natural nature of human beings, and I won't be trapped by Jaken, so I can become immortal. He divided the process of cultivating immortals into five steps (fasting, reposing, thinking, sitting and forgetting, spiritual solution) and seven steps (respecting faith, breaking karma, accepting heart, simplifying, realizing truth, calming down and realizing enlightenment), and thought that the five steps and seven steps could be summarized as simple karma.
