What is Shi Tai-sui?
Shi Tai Sui is one of Tai Sui (also known as Meat Ganoderma lucidum) and the best Tai Sui variety.

Some are hard, some are soft cotton, some look like stones, meat is fibrous, but they are living organisms. If left in water for a long time, they will not rot or stink, and the soaked water can be drunk. The general idea is: "If you eat for a long time, you will live forever."

"Compendium of Materia Medica" records that "Yueshi is like meat, attached to a big stone, with a head and a tail, and is a creature. Red as coral, white as fat, black as paint, yellow as purple and gold, all as bright as ice. " In Compendium of Materia Medica, Li Shizhen called it "Zhi" in the "dish" department of meat, and it was regarded as "the top grade of this classic" when eaten as medicine.

Traditional species

There are three kinds of tai sui: Shui Tai sui, Tu Tai sui and Shi Tai sui.

Shuitai sui: it grows in water, flat, wide and slightly transparent.

Soil spike: it grows in the soil layer of 20m to150m. It is massive and smells like grass, but the water is tasteless. Occasionally there is mucus, which belongs to a mixed organism of myxomycetes; Very afraid of heat, afraid of long-term light; The temperature above 65 degrees will die, and the soil will melt directly when boiled in boiling water.
