Mr. nan huaijin's Looking at Flowers
Mr. nan huaijin said this in "Seven Days of Southern Zen".

Mr. Nan was seventeen or eighteen. I heard that there is a Taoist priest in Huangcheng, Hangzhou who can fly swords. So I visited again and again, trying to learn the sword. Of course, the sword didn't succeed, and the Taoist priest finally contributed something to him:

First, look at everything in the world easily and not seriously, especially with eyes that can see things. Most people should look at the flowers and the scenery and keep their eyes on the flowers. This is wrong.

When you go out to see the scenery, you should let the scenery enter your eyes. When you look at flowers, you should accept the spirit of flowers in your eyes. When you look at mountains and rivers, you should take the breath of mountains and rivers in your eyes. Don't pin your spirit on mountains, rivers and flowers. It's no use or good for you. "

I will remember this for the rest of my life, so my eyes are fine now. But it's not just his eyes. He just tells you that he is introverted. As soon as I heard this, I said with awe, "Master, thank you!" "

Secondly, he said, "Our hearts are only as big as fists. You will do a lot of things when you go out in the future. I think your future is very difficult and your responsibility is great. Your heart is so big that it can't hold many things. Don't put anything in it, whether it's pain, trouble or pride.

Pain, worry, pride ... throw these things out, throw them out, don't put anything in, throw them all away, and you will have a bright future and endless happiness! "

Put the spirit of flowers into your eyes, which is "acceptance". Corresponding to the ear is "listening";

Putting your spirit on the scenery and flowers is "giving". Corresponding to the mouth, it is "talking".

For example, after writing a book and giving a lecture, everyone will feel tired. And reading and listening to classes will feel much easier. Why? Because writing books and giving lectures is tiring, it is "teaching" to burn yourself, light up the light and shine on others; Reading and class are all "closed".

Speech is "giving", which is equivalent to giving money to others; Obedience is "acceptance", which is equivalent to someone giving you money.

Do you accept money from others? How to collect it?

Here, I said two things, which is actually one thing. On the surface, it is health preservation, but in fact it is nourishing the heart.

Don't look outside, look inside.

Why don't you watch it? Go out and call out the contents. What's in it? What's in it? What's in it? There is a "I" in it!

Come on in. How can I come in? You can only come in when you are free! It's full, how can you go in!

A cup is full of water. Can you pour the water into it?
