The secret of longevity
He thinks there are three reasons for his health and longevity: first, he has been a vegetarian for a long time; Second, keep your heart calm and cheerful; Third, lotus leaf, cassia seed, Siraitia grosvenorii, medlar and so on. Boil it all year round, and then make it into tea. "Keeping the human body in three links, blood flow, urine flow and defecation flow" is Li Qingyun's secret guide for future generations to live longer. He always believes that maintaining a calm and peaceful mentality and "three links" are necessary conditions for longevity. His diet is mainly rice and a little wine.
The health care and medicinal use of tea are recorded in Shennong's herbal classics and compendium of materia medica. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records that cassia seed has the effects of lowering blood fat and improving eyesight; Lotus leaf has anti-inflammatory and diuretic effects; Siraitia grosvenorii has the effects of relaxing bowels, clearing throat and moistening lung.

Wanzhou Daily in the Twenty Years of the Republic of China
It once carried "Li Qingyun, a 273-year-old man from Kaixian County", which caused a sensation in Sichuan. From 65438 to 0986, the sixth issue of Qigong magazine, Liu Chengxun, a native of Kaixian County, published an article entitled "In memory of Li Qingyuan, the 256-year-old birthday girl" (that is, Li Qingyun). The author took advantage of the opportunity to participate in the compilation of local chronicles, and extensively collected Li Qingyun's activities in Kaixian County, and now sorted out the obtained information for the reference of those who are interested.
Li Qingyun, formerly known as Chen Yuanchang, whose native place is unknown, is said to be from near Shanghai and whose native place is Yunnan. About the 25th year of Jiaqing in Qing Dynasty (1820), he came to Chenjiachang in Kaixian alone. Li is tall and fat, bald and hairless, with smooth skin and strong muscles. He looked about fifty years old when he came. However, he claimed to be over One Happy and Fifty (he said that he settled in Kaixian County in his nineties). He went to Kaixian County a hundred years ago and could tell the names and situations of people near Chenjiachang a hundred years ago. Li Hui, a martial arts expert, makes a living by selling herbs. He first lived in Shilong Village (now Longfeng Village), Chen's hometown, and then moved to Kaixian County (now Pinghe Village, Shan Township), where he married and settled down. Li's living habits are different from ordinary people. He doesn't drink, drink tea, smoke, eat regularly and quantitatively, go to bed early and get up early. Sit quietly with your eyes closed in your spare time, put your hands on your knees, hold your head high and stay still for hours; The left hand has long nails and often uses a small bamboo tube to protect the nails. When they grow to about six inches, they are cut and put in a wooden box. When Li died, there was a small box of nails. Usually quiet, never talk about irrelevant words. When people ask their age, they only answer that they are in their twenties. When and where were you born? Nobody knows. Although married, they didn't live together, only let him wash clothes and cook for him. Li is good at ophthalmology and orthopedics. 1820, he hired a boy of 14 years old in this city to pick out medicines for him, and he traveled to the countryside for treatment all the year round, charging high fees for medicines from wealthy families to support the whole family. Li Xian often goes to the heart-piercing shop near Gao Qiao to invite people to play cards, and each time he loses about 120, so that the players can win enough money for the meal that day. Li treats people kindly and never gets angry. Neighbors are willing to get along with him. They all call him Mr. Li Er (because an old man who claims to be his brother visited him in Chenjiachang from Shanghai).
In the 16th year of the Republic of China (1927)
At the invitation of Sichuan warlord Yang Sen, Li Qingyun went to Wanxian to teach the way of keeping in good health. Yang Sen invited Li Jingre as a guest, specially made a new suit for Li, and asked the photo studio to take photos and enlarge it and display it in the window, indicating that "Xiao Xiang was photographed in Wanzhou in the spring and March of the sixteenth year of the Republic of China, and he was from Kaixian County, and he was 250 years old". For a while, newspapers in the province rushed to report it as an anecdote, which caused a sensation in Sichuan. Because Li couldn't tell the secret of keeping healthy, he was sent home soon. In the 20th year of the Republic of China (193 1), Wanzhou Daily published another article on September 15th: "Li Qingyun, a 273-year-old man from Kaixian, left Chenjiachang for Wanxian last night and lived in Lijia Garden. The old man came to Wanxian at the invitation of Mr. Wang. During his stay in Wanxian, the old man talked about the way to live forever. Li (1933,) returned to Wanxian this time, died two years later and was buried in Yixue Village, Changsha Town, Kaixian County.
Li Qingyun lived in Kaixian County for about 1 10 years.
There are many legends. Legend has it that he was a general under Shi Dakai of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and came to Sichuan with Shi Dakai. When Shi Dakai was wiped out in the Dadu River, Chen Yuanchang changed his name to Li Qingyun, disguised as a herbalist, and fled to Chenjiachang, Kaixian County for refuge. He can tell many stories about the Taiping Rebellion. (Note: Shi Dakai was captured in Dadu River on 1863, while Li Zao came to Kaixian County more than 40 years ago). He also said that he could escape from fire and water, as well as money and goods. So although he doesn't earn much by buying medicine, he has a large family. Playing cards for a long time only loses and doesn't win. I haven't seen anyone who is short of money. Others say that he is good at physiognomy. When Zhang Ji, a native of South Gate of Kaixian County, was young, Li Suan was determined to be a big official. After the agreement is finalized, reward him with two stones and millet. Later, Zhang became the brigade commander of the Sichuan warlord and really gave him two stones of millet as a reward.
Mr. Hu, an 80-year-old man from Qingfu Town, Gaoxian County, Sichuan Province, showed his photos in 1986, and also provided the written materials of collecting herbs in the mountains when he was in his prime. The feat of holding a knife against a tiger, Ganoderma lucidum dug like a human head, and the story of Yang Sen's birthday to Li Zhushou. The 87-year-old Mr. Kaixian, No.24 Chengquan Lane, Changzhou City, also published an article recalling Li (mistaken behavior) in the casserole No.6 of 1986 Qigong magazine.
Li Qingyun is not from Kaixian County. Before he came to Kaixian County, his age and experience could not be verified by himself. Coupled with the folk oral spread, it is more and more mysterious. This aroused the interest of the great warlord Yang Sen, and even hired him to go to Wanxian to teach fitness and take photos in the newspaper.

How old is Li Qingyun?
It is still a mystery. According to the available information, there is no doubt that Li Qingyun is at least 170 years old. Xiang is a young man who was hired after he came to Kaixian County. His grandfather is a native and now lives in Changsha Town. He was born in 1806, lived for 93 years and died in 1899. At that time, Li Qingyun was still alive. /kloc-when he was 0/4 years old, Xiangyang picked herbs for Li, who was already an old man in his fifties. Based on this calculation, he lived at least 170 years old.
unofficial history
Few people know what happened to Li Qingyun in his early years. The current information only knows that he was born in Sichuan and finally died there. 10 years old, he went out to collect herbs in Gansu, Shaanxi, Tibet, Annan, Siam and Manchuria. There is basically no record of his affairs after that. In the days that followed, he made a living by selling Chinese herbal medicines, leaving a 6-inch nail on his left hand.
By his own admission, he was not born in 1677, but in 1736, which means he lived in 197. But at 1930, Hu Zhongqian, a professor at Chengdu University, found the "proof" of his birth. He should have been born in 1677. At that time, the Qing government also held a150,200th birthday celebration for him.
