Stroke is a disease name of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also the general name and common name of acute cerebrovascular disease. It is a kind of sudden hemiplegia with sudden syncope and unconsciousness as the main symptoms, accompanied by mouth-eye deviation, language disadvantage, hemiplegia or sudden hemiplegia without syncope. The occurrence of stroke is mainly due to the deficiency of qi and blood, the imbalance of yin and yang of heart, liver and kidney, and other inducements, such as life disorder, anxiety and anger, fatigue in atrioventricular chamber, satiated with wine and food, or invasion of external evils, which leads to the obstruction of qi and blood circulation, the blockage of skin tendons and veins, or the loss of yin to relieve qi, the bursting of liver yang, the movement of yang, the blood moving against qi, phlegm and fire.

Signs of a stroke:

2, limb numbness-middle-aged and elderly people have abnormal feeling of limb numbness, in addition to cervical spondylosis and diabetes, if accompanied by symptoms such as headache, dizziness, top-heavy, tongue swelling, or have a history of diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes or cerebral arteriosclerosis, it should be paid more attention to and be alert to the occurrence of stroke.

3. Sudden black eyes-one eye suddenly turns black and can't see clearly, and it completely returns to normal after a few seconds or dozens of seconds, which is another signal of stroke.

4, unexplained falls-qi and blood disorder, yin and yang imbalance, easy to fall, is also a precursor symptom of stroke.

5. Unclear articulation-suddenly speaking is invalid or unclear, or even unable to speak, but the duration is short, no more than 24 hours, which should be taken seriously.

6, yawning constantly-if there is no fatigue, lack of sleep and other reasons, yawning continuously, which may be a harbinger of stroke patients.

7, mental changes-such as sleepiness, once the middle-aged and elderly people have unexplained sleepiness, they should be highly valued, which is likely to be a precursor to ischemic stroke. Changes in mental state and abnormal personality, such as becoming silent, talkative and impatient, or short-term mental decline, are all related to cerebral ischemia, and may also be a precursor to stroke.
