Is hydrogen-rich water useful or not?
It's no use. The basic principle of hydrogen-rich water cup is to change hydrogen into nano-scale bubbles and add them to water.

There are several ways to add hydrogen. The most common way is to generate hydrogen or hydrogen ions through electrolysis, and then turn hydrogen into nano-scale bubbles through equipment. There is also special equipment to add hydrogen directly to water.

To achieve such an ideal effect, we must first ensure that the materials used to make cups are hygienic and safe, the quality is up to standard, enough hydrogen can be electrolyzed, and harmful substances will not be brought in. Unfortunately, there is no manufacturing standard for this kind of products in Japan or China, the birthplace of electrolytic water cups, and the quality is difficult to guarantee.

Behind the water rich in hydrogen

Hydrogen-rich water is a solution obtained by introducing high-purity hydrogen into water under high pressure for 2 hours to reach saturation state, which has strong reducibility.

Hydrogen is an inert gas, non-toxic and tasteless. In recent years, it has been widely concerned as a new antioxidant. Oxidative damage is the cause of most diseases, and the antioxidant effect of hydrogen is helpful to reduce oxidative damage and achieve the purpose of preventing diseases.

The use of hydrogen ingested from respiratory tract has some limitations. It is ideal to dissolve hydrogen in water or physiological saline at a certain pressure to make a saturated solution rich in hydrogen.
