When it comes to medical care, people have different views. Some people say it's mysterious, but I think it's simple. As long as you adjust your body according to the law of heaven and earth and let yourself live a healthy life, you can achieve the purpose of prolonging life!

I'm almost sixty years old, my blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid are normal, and I can't be found with a cold and cough. I insist on doing these four things in my life in order to have my current physical condition:

First, always keep a good attitude, treat people and things calmly and avoid anger.

Second, work and rest on time and don't stay up late, so it's dawn when you wake up.

Third, the diet is balanced and nutritious, ensuring three lows (sugar, salt and fat). Eat only two meals a day, have breakfast around 9 o'clock, pay attention to nutrition, and eat a full nine floors; Have lunch from 3 pm to 4 pm. Just eat an eight-story meal, mainly green ingredients and coarse grains. Be sure to drink some porridge after dinner, not strong tea, but more warm water.

Fourth, insist on sports massage, enhance physical fitness and improve your immunity. There are many kinds of sports. You can choose the one that is good for your health. Daily massage depends on personal circumstances, so I won't go into details without universality.

Health preservation is not out of reach, and health is not out of reach. As long as you persist, you will certainly gain something. There are many ways to keep in good health, but there is only one reason. Choose the method that suits you and you will live a long life!
