Chinese medicine sees five-color jingles as follows:
Yellow is spleen deficiency, and green enters the liver meridian.
White is cold syndrome and red is heat inflammation.
Black is kidney deficiency, and the five colors are divided.
Seeing five colors in traditional Chinese medicine is to judge the nature of illness and syndrome by observing the color changes of patients' skin. These five colors, namely blue, red, yellow, white and black, correspond to the corresponding relationship of the five internal organs in the five elements of health preservation.
Yellow usually represents spleen deficiency. If the patient's face is yellow, it may be a sign of spleen deficiency. Spleen deficiency is usually manifested as loss of appetite, bloating, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms.
Cyan is usually associated with liver meridian. If the patient's face is blue, it may be a manifestation of stagnation of liver qi or blood stasis. Stagnation of liver qi can be accompanied by symptoms such as chest tightness, chest tightness and breast pain, and blood stasis can be accompanied by local tingling and immobility.
Abnormal changes of yellow and cyan are often related to abnormal liver and spleen functions. Therefore, by observing the color change of the patient's face, we can preliminarily judge the nature and syndrome of the disease, so as to carry out corresponding treatment.
Red usually represents heat syndrome. If the patient's face is red, it may be a sign of heat toxicity in the body. Heat syndrome may be accompanied by fever, thirst, dry stool and other symptoms.
White usually represents cold syndrome. If the patient looks pale, it may be a manifestation of cold evil in the body. Cold syndrome may be accompanied by chills, tepid limbs, loose stool and other symptoms.
Black usually represents kidney deficiency. If the patient's face is black, it may be a sign of kidney deficiency. Kidney deficiency can be accompanied by soreness of waist and knees, dizziness and tinnitus, impotence and premature ejaculation.
By observing the color change of the patient's face, we can preliminarily judge the nature and syndrome of the disease, so as to carry out corresponding treatment. At the same time, it can also be combined with other symptoms and signs for comprehensive analysis to get a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
