What does a wonderful breathing regimen mean?
China's health is mainly based on breathing, supplemented by physical exercise. Breathing slowly, deeply and evenly can reduce the basal metabolic rate of human body and the oxygen consumption of organs. Over time, it will help improve physical fitness and prolong life.

(3) Breathing method to eliminate anxiety. Inhale through your nose, then inhale deeply and exhale deeply. This cycle lasts for 5 minutes.

(4) Breathing method to reduce insomnia. Breathe in a lot of air quickly through your nostrils, then spit it out slowly through your mouth and exhale as calmly as possible. Circulate pranayama so that you can breathe 5-6 times per minute (normal breathing is about 0/8 times per minute/kloc). This will help you fall asleep.

(5) Breathing method to eliminate fatigue. Inhale through the nose for 5 ~ 7 seconds, hold your breath for 5 ~ 7 seconds, then exhale through the mouth to the middle, inhale through the mouth to the abdomen and then exhale slowly, and so on.
